Jiminy Cricket!

Apparently God has sent the dreaded second and eighth plagues to my blog.

Seems there has been an infestation of chirping cricketts and ribbetting frogs...

I'll certainly be paying close attention to the color of the water coming out of the water cooler here after this most recent turn of events.

Hmm, speaking of drinking the water at work, I've been freelancing regularly at a company with about 130 people. Recently a few of us have realized there are more pregnant women here than gay people. And considering I work in advertising, that's pretty amazing (advertising seems to contain more than its normal share of gay folks, and much less pregnant women or mothers with children). Every time I turn around here someone is pregnant, or is wandering the halls just following their enormous belly.

Needless to say, I've already stopped drinking the water.

And also dancing, since I was told as a teen that dancing is what leads to babies.

Anyway, I'm doing fine, although I feel bad about neglecting my blog for so long. I've so much stuff I need to write about (and I have pictures to post from the recent Soulforce action at Colorado Springs, etc). I will try to get a real entry™ up soon. Just didn't want my many fans to worry.

Carry on. As you were.

  1. Thank God you are ok... and not pregnant. Although that wouldn't be a bad thing. I have some pregnant friends.

    Glad to see you back

  7. Christine, I just got tested and I am not pregnant either. Phew. But having a little bambino would be so sweet. But then I would have to lactate and that would be a bit much.

  9. Well the crickets must had enough practice by now, they just gave a most beautiful chirping rendition of Cantata No. 178 by Johann Sebastian Bach.

    Hope all is well!

  12. no, don't delete the site. People link to some of the things you've said and you have some helpful info that should remain.

Blogging isn't for everyone and I hope you haven't decided to give it up, but I understand if you have.

We wish you the best and hope you are alright.
