Chick Magnet

Click on the chick (er...kitty...bet you would never have known!) to see this great Japanese site selling sewing patterns for kitty costumes!

Hmmm. Is it just me, or does that kitty not look very happy? [Edit: the English version of the site seems to be down--now linked to the original Japanese]

Here's me with my furry baby girl.

Somehow I have this feeling that she wouldn't go for this. But I'm so tempted! I would love to dress my cats up for Halloween, although I imagine that after I finished trying to get a costume on either of my kitties, I'd be the one getting dressed up at the E.R.

How much is 3,800 Yen anyway?

    Yeah, you're probably better off not dressing your cat up like that. I can only imagine the horrible revenge that the kitties on that site must be plotting in the wee hours of the night...

    Hee. I know. I like the instructions on that site:

    1. Dress her up. Cheer or yell, do whatever you like to enjoy the moment with your family.

    2. After you are enough with your joy, take a photo! Take some poses and leave her some cute photos!

    3. Remove her clothes and give her a hub, say "Thank you!"

    Lop off a couple of zeros to give you a rough gauge. Yen/USD exchange rate floats between ¥100 to ¥150.

    I remember the good old days when a dollar bought ¥300.

    Cute kitty!!! My wife's Domino is a tuxedo boy; he's precious.

    And I think bags are *the* best cat costume! (But I have to say the white kitty looks cute as well as pissed off. :-)
